We have provided help for a range of requests including:
Furniture
7 families had funding for furniture, beds, storage and help furnishing homes after being homeless
Kitchen Appliances
7 cookers and 2 fridge-freezers were bought for applicants
Laundry
8 washing machines and 1 tumble dryer were bought for local families
Vouchers
27 grants or vouchers have been given to people in urgent need of food or electric
Financial
10 families have had help with rent or council tax arrears
Car Repairs
3 applicants had help with essential car repairs
Computers
8 laptops were provided for home schooling and college work
Clothes
6 families have been helped with children’s clothes e.g. school uniform
Baby Equipment
4 applicants had help to buy baby equipment
